Our vision is to improve the quality of life of marginalized populations through sustainable, effective and innovative approaches. Comprehensive Human Services (“CHS”) is interested in contributing to the well-being of our Puerto Rico by offering its experience and knowledge, developing specialized housing services for the extremely low-income elderly population.

For more than 15 years, CHS effectively managed an annual budget of $78 million and oversaw over 800 employees, complying with all federal and state requirements while reducing health care costs per client.

Comprehensive has proven experience and capabilities in the rehabilitation of medical facilities, including the rehabilitation of approximately 200 medical dormitory beds, the construction of a 200-bed hospital, and the rehabilitation of a old structure to become the central warehouse and drug distribution center for the entire correctional system. The total investment exceeded $60.0 million in a combination of state funds and own funds.
